How To Create A Google Custom Search Engine Below Post Titles

Speaking of crawling the internet or a website, there is  nothing can  beat Google's searching technique. Blogger Templates have built- in search engine widget/boxes but it is  incapable of showing relevant results because these search boxes by default are limited to their ability of searching each and every word of your blog.  But don't worry for there is a solution for that and that is to use Google Custom Search Engines (CSE) that are extremely efficient in digging out the most important data from your blog and displays it to the visitor.  And as result, it  increases the number of pageviews and page impressions of your blog because the reader is kept engaged in reading more and more. An example of such search engine can be found below every post of this (BTT) blog.


How To Create a  Google Custom Search Engine?


 1. Go To Google CSE
 2. Click the create custom search engine button (in blue color)  as shown in the screenshot below

 3. Fill the form as shown in the screenshot below

 4. After you have  filled -up the form with the information needed, you click the create button
 5.  Copy and paste the code in your text document area

Now let us jump to the second part of the tutorial.

In order to  put the search engine  below every post title. Please follow the steps below:
1. Go To Blogger >> Template >> Edit HTML >> Backup your template
2. Click the Expand Widget Templates Box
3. Search for the code <data:post.body>
4. Just below that code, paste your Blog Post Search Engine Code (Full-width) 
5. Save  Template and you are done!
View your blog to see your new search engine.
